Accommodations
The Master cabin is located portside, and is outfitted with double bed with
attached ensuite. Hanging Lockers and huge underbed storage area.
The Guest/VIP cabin is forward and is outfitted with an island bed. Hanging lockers and drawer storage under the bed. Shared ensuite bathroom.

The third cabin, located to starboard, has twin bunks with shared ensuite
bathroom. The combined washing machine/dryer is located in this cabin under the
stairway. All cabins finished with beautiful High Gloss Myrtle woodwork, and
tastefully decorated with co-ordinated fabrics, carpets and cushions. All
cabins are complete with linen, and Egyptian cotton towels. Ready to go
cruising.

Flybridge
The Flybridge provides for an excellent separate entertainment and relaxation
area with visibility in all directions. Separate outdoor deck area aft of the
helm to sit outdoor and take in the views. Inside the flybridge opening the Fwd.
and side windows provide for ventilation, but Air Con is also installed. The
Helm is located aft in Sports
Bridge configuration, and
is fitted with two deluxe Navigator Helm seats finished in leather. Helm
instruments include two Raymarine E120 colour displays and CAT engine displays.

Outfitted with table fwd. that converts to extra bed, with seating at the table
and on port side. Separate entertainment systems and sink and fridge. Open easy
access with internal stairway from saloon to flybridge.

Galley
The fully equipped galley is located aft of the salon right by the cockpit.
With the sliding glass entry doors you have easy access in and out from the
cockpit. Has High Gloss Myrtle wooden bar top and good access to the dinette or
to the internal flybridge stairs.

Galley equipment includes 4 ring cooktop with vent fan, microwave, and
dishwasher drawer. Two door refrigerator/freezer, Corrian counter top,
slide-out pantry for easy access to stored foods. Outdoor entertainment station
includes electric Barbecue plate, sink and Eutectic Freezer/Refrigerator
located at the transom ready for relaxing days at the cockpit. The boat has
been outfitted with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils,
serving and preparation bowls, and all glassware. All six piece sets, and
includes outdoor non-breakable glassware.

Electronics
Outfitted with the Full Raymarine Electronics Package C, installed and commissioned
at the factory. Full Helm on flybridge, with second Autopilot controller,
Raymarine display remote control, and CAT Engine controls in saloon. CAT engine
controls in cockpit. Includes the following.

Electrical
The boat is fitted with a Caterpillar 17.5kw/240v generator fitted with sound
shield. The generator has separate sea water intake and strainer. AC and DC
panels are located by the Saloon entrance. Two separate shore power input
sockets, with circuit breakers are located under the entertainment station on
the transom. An Inverter/Charger provides AC power for the entertainment
systems in the saloon and Flybridge without running the generator. Battery charging is available from the charging
alternator. There are separate Engine and House Bank Batteries, comprised of :
4 X 210 amp engine starting in two banks & 4 X 210 amp batteries for house
power and inverter power. Battery charging:
inverter charger 2 kw- 60 amp charger.

There are UK
style 240V three pin sockets at the galley and cabins.

Deck
A Muir reversible 24 volt heavy duty horizontal winch is fitted with a total
length of 80m of 10mm CE compliant chain. The winch has foredeck and flybridge
controls, including the optional Muir chain counter control. A self-stowing
Bruce anchor runs over heavy duty bow rollers and is self-loading.

Stainless steel railings, bow rail single, mid rail & cockpit rail.

Custom stainless steel cleats bow, spring & stern – total 8. Bow stowage
locker with salt water and Karcher pressurized fresh water deck/anchor wash-down
with divider.

Teak laid decking has been added to the cockpit, swim platform, side decks to
the step, and the flybridge aft deck. There are Window covers for the saloon
front and side windows, and deck chair bags/covers. Twin Floodlights for the
Cockpit/Aft section. Hot/Cold shower unit at the swim platform.

Entertainment
Fully fitted with BOSE Surround Sound Entertainment System in saloon, with
integrated DVD/CD/Tuner system with hard drive capable to load 200 hours or 160
CD’s for your cruising enjoyment. Surround Sound speakers in saloon and
additional BOSE 131 speakers to the cockpit including amplifier and remote.

Sony 32 inch HD LCD TV in saloon. Also connected to Raymarine as external
display for E120 screen to saloon. Sony 20 inch HD LCD TV in Flybridge with 12V
DVD/CD/Tuner/MP3 player with 4 speakers.

Additional
